Linda Vassallo, MA
Audiologist

Linda Vassallo joined our PHS family in March 2011. Along with her contageous laugh, she brought her fun-loving attitude and strong technology knowledge to our team. Linda most recently worked as an outside representative for Oticon, one of the world's best hearing aid manufacturer's. Oticon was the first hearing aid company to develop Bluetooth capabilities in hearing devices, and therefore Linda has a wide breath of knowledge in this area. Prior to working with Oticon, she worked in a variety of clinical settings. We are thrilled to add her 20+ years of knowledge in the hearing industry to our staff. Linda lives just a mile away from our office in Clawson, and has a "canine kid" named Dakota.

Teri Carson
Patient Care Coordinator

Teri Carson joined our staff in 2009 as our full-time Patient Care Coordinator (the smiling face at the front desk). Teri comes to us with over 20 years in the home health care field and has a proven track record of excellent patient care. Providing quality care to all patients and their families is truly her “joy” in life. She lives close to our office, and has two sons and a daughter.

Margaret "Marge" Mizzi
Patient Advocate/Recall Specialist

Margaret, also known as Marge, has been at PHS since 2008. She supports our patients through a patient recall program and acts as a patient advocate once the patient has had an appointment. She helps the audiology staff ensure that the patients’ hearing needs were met to their satisfaction. By communicating with our patients soon after each of their visits, we provide the initiative to address any immediate concerns without delay.

A longtime resident of the Clawson area, she enjoys riding her bike and this summer participated in a week-long, 270 mile bike ride across lower Michigan. She has also participated with Team-In-Training, a program of the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, in a half-marathon walk to raise money to fight blood cancers.

She first started as one of our front office staff, but has since moved into an insurance billing and accounts receivable role. Debbie is married to Mark, and has two adult children. She is lucky enough to live within walking distance of our office!

Beth GoodallBeth Goodgall
Marketing assistant

Beth is another ray of sunshine to our work environment…we are so lucky to have such great people at our office! She is a long time Royal Oak resident, and has two beautiful boys. Jake is 5 years old and Kyle is 3. She has been married for 11 years to Jason. Beth’s family enjoys the outdoors, camping and biking. In a previous life, she actually worked with our recall specialist, Marge Mizzi. That is how we got so blessed to have Beth join us - Marge recommended her to us. She has instituted a recycling program here at the office, and we encourage you to collect your old hearing aid batteries and bring them with you to your next appointment. Unfortunately hearing aid batteries cannot be recycled, but Beth can have them properly disposed of. So please give a hearty welcome to Beth when you see her at your next visit!
